Typhoon moderately enhances with a semi-gloss finish – the extent of enhancement will depend on the surface. It will protect the surface from a variety of contaminants and make cleaning and maintenance easier. Typhoon will harden joint sand which helps reduce sand washout, weeds and insect infestation. An added antifungal protects the sealer film from mold, moss and algae. Typhoon is a water-based film forming sealer.
